Policies
- Check-in-3 pm; Check-out-11 am
- No pets
- No smoking
- Moose Cabin is private residence in a rural setting but we still have neighbors and remind our guests to be courteous and respectful of them
- We would love to hold your special events or social gatherings but consent must be obtained from us first
- You must be 25 years old to rent Moose Cabin
- Cancellation Policy
100% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least 2 weeks before check in
50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least 1 week before check in
Deposit and Rental Fees
- 50% deposit on the rental fee is required to hold your reservation
- The other 50% is due 30 days before check-in
- There is a $500 security deposit due with the initial 50% and rental agreement. This is taken in check form and will not be cashed unless we find damage to the property after your rental
- 2 night minimum stay
- Holidays require 3 night minimum and are also Peak Season price (no full week discounts)
